Student Grievance Committee(SGRC)

Note:

• The term of chairperson and members of committee shall be for period of 2 years from the date of the issue of this document, special invitees shall be continue as member for period of 2 years or till they remain as student of GTU-ITR whichever is less.
• The quorum of the meeting of SGRC including chairperson but excluding special invitee shall be three.
• In considering the grievances before it, the DSGRC follow principles of natural justice.
• The DSGRC shall submit its report with recommendations(if any) to head of the institute/ Vice Chancellor, with a copy thereof to aggrieved student within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complain.
