Achievements

On 21/04/2025, Mr. Jay Patel, a Mechanical Engineering student from GTU-ITR, participated in Ideathon, a national-level pitch fest under the Agritech domain organized by GTU Ventures. He secured 3rd rank in the competition and was awarded a prize of ₹5,000/- for his innovative idea.

On 28/04/2025, Mr. Romansh Thakor and Mr. Kureshi Mohsin Rza Yasin Khan, Mechanical Engineering students from GTU-ITR, received an SSIP grant of ₹1,90,000/- through GTU for their project titled “Vegetable Vending E-Kart.” The project is being developed under the guidance of Dr. Vivek B. Patel and Dr. Lavkumar Kaushik, with continuous support from Principal Dr. Chirag Vibhakar sir.

On 01/08/2025, Mr. Amro Mohamed Adam Mohamed and Mr. Ngawang Tshering, Mechanical Engineering students from GTU-ITR, received an SSIP grant of ₹1,00,000/- through GTU for their project titled “Field Testing and Optimization of Manual Washing Machine for Off-Grid Use.” The project is being carried out under the guidance of Dr. Lavkumar Kaushik, with continued support from Principal Dr. Chirag Vibhakar.
